I was on Frisch's website and noticed they had a gluten free menu.  Has anyone tried eating there lately?  Thanks, Gina Huff

I wouldn’t go near there with a 10 foot pole—I am not overly sensitive, thank goodness—but that place got me.  I was told they put wheat in their butter.  This was a while ago but I never went back so I am not sure.

I‘ve had a bunless big boy without issues. I am very careful with the salad bar, I have used it though.

There's no technical reason to add wheat. But with the volume of toast I'm sure they use a large bowl of softened butter and a common spatula so there's  cross contamination

I got so sick at Applebee's got a GF meal. Steak, potatoes, broccoli.
After 3 days of being so sick, I called the corporate office.
They told me the broccoli is plated, dusted with parmesan cheese that is cut with bread crumbs.
Guess even the manager didn't know that !
Never be able to eat there again.

Adding wheat to butter would make it go further.  We need to remember that restaurants must make a profit. They will do anything to stay in business.

Spent the winter in Florida. Can't tell you how much I missed these postings.  Publix is replacing gluten free TV dinners for vegan food. Got home and found Meijer and Kroger are also changing their stock.

Has anyone else noticed this subtle change?
