Hello...
I am going to be traveling to Mexico and will be staying at the Platinum Yucatán Princess Suite resort. It's in the Rivera Maya area. I have been to this area before but that was long before I was eating gluten free.
It's an all inclusive resort but was just wondering if anyone had any experience food wise there?
