I don’t have a recipe, but Sonny Marie’s Flatbread is my choice for pizza crust.  I toast it first on my George Foreman, then add toppings and heat.
It also works great as a substitute for pita bread.

We have used GF Bisquick before. It makes a great crust. The recipe used to be on the box. I think you have to go to their website now to get it. It is really good. We even make a cold veggie pizza on it (converting a recipe that called for crescent rolls).

I have a low-carb gluten-free recipe, if you would like that. Just let me know.

Full disclosure: I haven't actually tried it yet but a woman I work with (who is celiac) raves about this flour, Caputo Gluten Free Flour. She buys it off Amazon and makes her pizza crust with it. She says it is the BEST she has ever had. I plan on trying it soon!

GF Low-Carb Pizza Dough

3 1/2 c (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c cream cheese (2 oz)
2 eggs
1/8 tsp salt

1.  Preheat oven to 425.
2.  Mix the mozzarella with the almond flour in a large microwaveable bowl.  Add the cream cheese.  Microwave on high for 1 min.
3.  Stir, then microwave on high for another 30 sec.
4.  Add the eggs and remaining ingredients; mix (use your hands if necessary).
5.  Place between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll with a rolling pin.  If it becomes too difficult to work with, pop it back in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to soften again.  When it is rolled to the appropriate size, slide the dough with the parchment paper onto the pan. (If you would rather not use a rolling pin you can press it out by hand.  I have found it easier to roll it though, and the crust is more uniform)
6.  Remove the top layer of parchment paper and make fork holes all over the dough to ensure it cooks evenly. Bake for 12 min.
7.  Top with your favorite ingredients and bake for 6 more min.
