[ANN] Cinch 2.0.0.pre.1 released

I just released the first pre-release of the upcoming Cinch release.
As this is a pre-release, it might still contain bugs, which is
exactly why we need as many testers as possible.
The gem can be installed via `gem install --pre cinch -v 2.0.0.pre.1`
and the changelog and migration guide can be found at [1] and [2]
respectively.
Please note that this is a new major version, which means that old
bots and plugins might not work with this version out of the box.
