Re: Consumer Satisfaction Survey: Banking Services in Kenya.
Consumers rank ‘quality of service’ as a key element for successful service delivery. It is important that consumers receive quality goods and services they pay for. It is against this background that CUTS Nairobi is launching a campaign to understand the current status of consumer satisfaction vis-avis banking services in Kenya by conducting a survey on quality of service provision in the financial sector focusing on banking services.
CUTS, Nairobi wishes to learn your view on the quality of services from your bank(s) in the areas mentioned below. Please share with us your opinion in the attached questionnaire to facilitate subsequent advocacy to improve the quality of service delivery and consumer care /protection in the banking sector.
