IFMSA August Meeting 2024: Calling for Participants

Dear, Indonesian Medical Students.

We are pleased to announce that the August Meeting 2024 registration is now open!

August Meeting is an annual Grand Assembly that held by the International Federation of Medical Students’ Association (IFMSA). In this General Assembly, medical students around the world will gather to meet and discuss various health topics and issues. On this 73rd General Assembly, all of the IFMSA family will gather in the happiest place in the earth, Finland, from 1st to 7th August 2024. 

Registration Guideline

1. Open this drive to see the important documents and instructions.

2. Read and be aware of all of the registration deadlines

3. Please prepare the following documents to register for the General Assembly:

   1. Application Form signed by Local Coordinator

   2. Curriculum Vitae 

   3. Motivation Letter

   4. Video Essay (please give the link in the email)

   5. Parental Consent Form

   6. Passport Photo

4. Send all documents to pres...@cimsa.or.id cc g...@cimsa.or.id

5. Send a confirmation message through LINE (ID: dhanisco)

6. The selected candidates will have to make a payment for the registration fee to the CIMSA Treasurer through Bank Mandiri 1570006067954 a.n. CIMSA and send the proof of payment to trea...@cimsa.or.id cc v...@cimsa.or.id and pres...@cimsa.or.id (Conversion Rate 1 Euro = Rp 19.000,-)

   1. Early Registration: Rp4.940.000,-
