LogBookMain deleted: code behind doesnt really work in Flex

Todd is working on the web version of LogBook, but since LogBookMain
extends WindowedApplication and not Application, it could not be used
as a point for a subclass. We have deleted LogBookMain and moved all
the code into the LogBook mxml file.
This is a bummer in Flex in general. While the philosophy of one
codebase for web and air is nice, the concept of WindowedApplication
using inheritance and not composition sucks. Same as the idea of a
Flex project being only AIR or Flex and not both.
Ah well.
