Two homepages and no release pages

So, currently there are two project homepages for this project and
releases aren't available from a central location.

If we are going to continue using code.cimians.com I suggest we put up
a message on the google code project to tell users to go to there.
If everyone's ok with that, I'll put up the message.

On a second issue,

I'd also like to make it more clear on the cimians.com site exactly
what the latest stable release is and have a release page where users
can download anything they need.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to where on the cimians.com project
to put a release link?
