Colleagues,

After the meeting I had some thoughts I want to share.

1- CIMI is about defining sets of Statements

2- The simplest Statement is:
'A has a relationship with B'
S = A * B
Witch equals:
Statement = Noun . Verb , Adjective
Statement = Finding/Urine/Color (has as result) yellow

3- I propose three / four Modifiers:
Presence
State
Certainty
(Operation)
They make sense in some places in the Statement, but not all.

4- Statement:
-Present/NotPresent : effects the statement - there is NO statement A • B - Finding/Urine/Color is (or is not) yellow is present / is not present
-State (Final, Preliminary): The statement has the status Final or Preliminary - Finding/Urine/Color is (or is not) yellow is a final / preliminary result
-Certainty (uncertain, some what uncertain, neutral, somewhat certain, certain) - An opinion about the complete Statement - Finding/Urine/Color is (or is not) yellow is deemed certain / uncertain

5- A * B
A - never has modifiers
never has modifiers
Operator *-  can either A has as result B or A has not as result B - The Finding/Urine/Color is (or is not) yellow
Perhaps we can redefine this in terms of present / not present
A has as the result the presence of  B or A has as the result not present B
Then there are only 3 Modifiers needed.
