Ifyou are trying to reset the entire course, no, there is not currently a way to do that, but I know it is a popularly requested feature and is something code.org is looking into implementing at some point in the future (no official timeline yet).

An SF State reset code is needed to use this tool. The reset code was provided either by ITS staff or sent to your personal email. Use the reset code to reset your password. This tool will guide you through these steps:

I've had a few users on our site have trouble resetting their password. They go through our "Forget password" flow on the front-end of our site, receive the reset email, which allows them to create a new password. But when they try sign in, they receive the following error:

I changed phones and now can not log into Concur at all. I use Microsoft Authenticator. It works for everything else but not Concur. When I log in it asks for authenticator code. Never shows on my app. I was told it was because Concur hasnt been added to the app. So i try to add and it wants to scan the code. I cant get it to release from old setup. My admin had reset Concur but it still looks for the old setup. I am stuck. Help

@bhuston757 - you are saying your admin "reset" your multi-factor authentication and you are not being prompted with the QR code or manual key in order to set it up on your new phone? I would suggest they try to reset again and you should be prompted to set it up on the new phone. I do not know exactly how these authenticators work, but when I have worked with users with a new phone, we had to do the setup from the beginning to re-establish the 2FA.

@bhuston757 what do you mean by "I can't get it to release from old setup"? If you switch devices, then your site admin needs to reset your 2FA. Next time you go to sign in at concursolutions.com, you should be prompted to set up 2FA. So, you will either see a QR code that you need to scan or if your company didn't opt out of the email setup of 2FA that launched November 15, you will receive an email to start the 2FA setup process.

Hello, I did not get a new phone, but I did switch authenticator apps from AuthPoint to Microsoft Authenticator. I went throught the reset steps several times but the 2FA code is not accepted. I even tried adding to AuthPoint again and it didn't work. I'm searching for an answer to this on several threads and all seem to be left unanswered. Can anyone help?

Yes, I was working with my Concur admin. He did the reset 2x and we walked through the whole process. Got the email, clicked the button, scanned the QR code, SAPConcur added to the authenticator app, tried to log in and same results, code was. I also saw threads about time sync. The phone was the same time as my PC.

Yes I tried that yesterday. I found the issue this morning. I was missing a step right after scanning the QR code which added SAP to my authenticator app and entering the code for the first time in the box below the QR code. I was going straight to trying to use the app code to log in to the website.

I agree with @schroeder that password reset emails are one of the areas where it tends to be more acceptable to instruct users to click on links. After all, the user was the one that triggered the password reset and should be expecting an email. You could add text in the email that says "This email was sent due to your request. If you did not request a password reset then do not click this link. Normally you should not click any links in an unexpected email, even if it appears to be legitimate."

The reason I encourage you to reconsider this is because your alternative (using a PIN) is going to be more complicated for users and will likely cause more headaches for you. The PIN complexity aside for a moment, you are going to have to instruct users on what to do, and these instructions will necessitate you telling them where on your site to go to enter the code. While saying "Go to our site home page, click Forgotten Password, and click Enter Reset PIN" isn't rocket science you will still have users complain that they can't find the buttons or otherwise get confused about what to do. Having them simply click on a link eliminates a lot of this confusion.

With regards to PIN complexity you should be able to do a few things to counteract the reduced 'keyspace' of a random 6 digit PIN compared to your hash. You can add in letters and some symbols to bump up the number of possible combinations. You could prompt the user not only for their reset PIN but also their email address (which requires an attacker to guess more than just a valid PIN). You could also add a CAPTCHA or other 'liveness' check to hinder automated guessing at PIN input. Finally, you can monitor PIN reset attempts and block IPs (or otherwise delay them) that submit a large number of guesses.

The ENDSAS statement may get you close to what you would like to do. However, note, it will immediately terminate the SAS session that SAS Studio is using without SAS Studio having any forewarning (ex. you won't get back a log or results for code in the same program before the endsas statement).

I recently bought a used Jolla Phone 1 which was factory reset, after turning it on and updating a little I found out that there is a lock code set and I cannot change/reset it. Is there any way to reflash it or anything so that I can use it fully?

Arrghhh i noticed that on 2.2.0.29 you can give a new code. and then reset to no code.

and then you get the chance to to factory reset via terminal / recovery mode.

Otherwise you have developer mode enabled ?

or untrusted software packages ?

To flash the device you must unlock the bootloader first.

this is possible via reocvery mode.

i mean you need also the security code.

Only thing is to flash it via Deep Flash Mode (Qualcomm 9008 Mode)

I dont know if it is possible via deep flash cable.

Changing the theme's style will reset many of the customisations you've made within the theme. I would recommend installing a fresh copy of the theme instead, however, so you can receive an out-of-the-box version of the theme with no changes made to it.

Victor. Can you please tell me how to copy a theme from United Kingdom to Default, International and European Union please? I stupidly changed it to United Kingdom, updated images and code and now my updated theme only applies to UK when I need it to be Universal. Many thanks

Actually dude. That's OK. Sorted now. I just updated default.

I have another problem now if you can help?

I'm having an issue where the sides are being cut off from the image banner.

I have set code so that the mobile version is linked to second image but the issue I'm having is that on a widescreen monitor, my image is fine:

I have tried to find a fix or solution and everyone keeps talking about the mobile version which is irrelevant. I need to know how to make the banner change size dependent on window or monitor automatically instead of just cutting off the edges. Please note I have changed the banner size and image multiple times and always get the same issue even when I reduce the width of the image.

Please help, no code i Have used so far has worked.

Thanks in advance.

When your Android devices encounter different issues, hard resetting is one of the options tried by the users. Some of the common situations include forgetting the screen lock, device freezing, device hanging, crashing and freezing of Android apps, and more.

The method of hard resetting erases all the data of the devices and restores your phone to the factory settings. Android factory reset code is one of the ways by which a hard reset can be done. Learn in detail about what these codes are and how to use them.

The process of hard resetting your device through factory code is simple where you need to simply open the phone and enter the code like any other regular number. The codes may be designed for specific models or Android OS versions.

If you too are looking to reset your phone using one of these codes, the following parts of the topic will help you know the codes for all the popular devices. But if you have tried hard reset the device using one of these codes and nothing happens, then we also provide you with an alternative way, the professional and efficient programs for resetting your device.

I changed some settings in the G code and I just want to reset everything back to as of I starting again.

I have read about deleting the files in the Perf folder.

I tried this and it still did not work?

I want to reset my arduino uno (or standalone atmega328) using code.

using asm ("JMP 0"); seems not good because it is not a real reset. I saw this code and i wonder if it is the same or if does a real reset?

I'm using a arduino and a sim900 to send some data to the cloud. The sequence is wake -> send data -> sleep 1 hour. I should receive data every hour but i don't know why, my sim900 only works on the 1st time, after the 1st wake up, it never sends data again. If i reset everything it works ok, so after the 1st wake up i would like to reset arduino, so the sequence is start -> send data -> sleep 1 hour -> restart
