ANN: Cilib v0.7.6 Released

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the release of v0.7.6 of CIlib. This is not really a feature release, but does contain new code related to dynamic moo.

The most notable change is that we have dropped support for JDK6 - even though this means very little from a code point of view, we recommend using JDK7 for all execution from now on.
