Help with Id

Is this a Northern Shrike? I saw it on the way past Sangchris Lake today.

I have never seen one so am unsure of identity.

Yes! That's definitely a Northern Shrike. Great photo. It has been hanging around there this winter. We were able to see it on the Lake Sangchris Christmas Bird Count.

Great bird and what a great find.
