IEEE CoG 2026 - Call for Tutorials
2026 IEEE Conference on Games (CoG), 1st - 4th September 2026
Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain
The annual IEEE Conference on Games (IEEE CoG) seeks to be the premier venue for technical, scientific, and engineering work on video games, board games, and other types of games. Games offer a fantastic domain for computational creativity, game design, technology, education, social sciences and, undoubtedly, artificial and computational intelligence. IEEE CoG is a venue to discuss recent advances and explore future directions.
IEEE CoG 2026 will take place at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain, and we’re actively looking for tutorial speakers.
Tutorials are an opportunity to share your expertise and influence future research in the CoG community. They typically last 1.5 hours, but we are open to considering longer sessions. At least one of the organizers will be required to attend the conference to give the tutorial.
Submit your proposals via email to the conference tutorial chair: Dennis Soemers (dennis....@maastrichtuniversity.nl)
Your proposal must include:
Title of the tutorial
Short description for the tutorial.
Organizers' names, contacts, and affiliations
Relevant dates for this call are as follows:
Submission of tutorial proposals: 9th January 2026
Notification of acceptance for tutorials: 4th February 2026
We look forward to having you join us at CoG 2026 in Madrid.
Best regards,
The Organizing Committee of IEEE CoG 2026
