1.1China Market Opportunities

Huge Import Demand
China is the world large population country with 1.35billion
people.With the optimization of China economic structure and the
improvement of people’s lives, Chinese people’s consumption ability
had been greatly raised, therefore, they begin to pay more attention
to imported food for its highly quality. According to the information
of China Statistics Bureau, the total retail sales of goods up to
5,871.1billion in the first half of 2009, increased 15% year-on-year,
therein, foodstuff’s growth rate is 12.6% . As of August 2009, China
CPI rose 3.9% .Estimation from the U.S.Food Industry, China will be
the biggest food-imported country in globel,and the import-value will
reach 480 billion. As per the statistic of China Statistic Bureau and
China’s General Administration of Customs, we made some diagrams for
you to know more about the china food marketplace.

2.1 About CIFE

China International Foodstuff (Guangzhou)Exposition (Abbr.CIFE) is an
annual food fair, which approved by Ministry of Commerce of People’s
Republic of China, sponsored by China Chamber of Commerce of Import
and Export of Foodstuff,Native Produce & Animal By-Product(Abbr.CFNA)
and Guangzhou Fuya Exhibition Co.,Ltd.CIFE has been held for 5 years
since its foundation in 2004. CIFE is aim to introduce and spread new
food & beverage products and new food consumption concept throughout
China, and assist to foodstuff enterprises at home and aboard to
promote tasty & quality food in China,even all over the world.
On the 5th CIFE, the exhibited area reach 11,000 sq.m, attractived 535
foodstuff enterprises from home and aborad to attend this trilling
fair.45,000 thousand visitors participated in the 5th CIFE, and there
were 12,000 professional buyers. CIFE gained highly praise from
exhibitors each year,and became the first professional foodstuff
exhibition in South China.

2.4 Participation

How to Participate?
1. Fill out the Exhibitor Application Form and send to our sale team
through e-mail,fax or express.
2. Our sale-team will send you an Exhibitor Contract after receiving
your application form within 2 working days.
3. Please check out the exhibitror Contract ,and sign it after your
checking ,then send it back to us.
4. Please pay the Exhibition Expenses within Five working days upon
sending Exhibitor Contract.
5. After your payment, Organizing Committee will sent you the
Exhibitor Confirmation Letter, which means you have successfully got
your required booth.
