Instagram has been adding features to make it easier for people to shop right from the platform, from shopping stickers in Instagram Stories to their native checkout feature which lets you buy products without ever leaving the app.

With two new AI-powered features, Instagram is continuing its fight against online bullying. From now on, the platform will guilt-trip everyone who tries to post a nasty comment. At the same time, you will be able to shadowban everyone who bullies you in the comments.

The second new Instagram feature is focused on the users who are bullied, rather than on bullies. Personally, I find this one more useful because it puts you in control. Essentially, if you receive hateful comments from someone, Instagram now lets you block them in a non-traditional kind of way:

You may start a diet that involves restrictive eating in an attempt to change your body shape or size. But such dieting can spiral into harmful behaviors like skipping meals, fasting, vomiting after eating, excessive exercising, or overusing laxatives. Over time, you end up depriving your body and brain of essential nutrients that are necessary for optimal health.

Shift your focus to the things that you like about yourself. For example, if you have beautiful hair or eyes, this is just as important as the features you dislike or that others try to ridicule. The next time you look in the mirror, notice these positive attributes.

Research shows that when you promote body positivity to others, you also feel more positively about your own body. Surround yourself with people who are courteous and treat others with respect. Avoid bullies who engage in body shaming and talk about the flaws of others.

If a player is verified to be engaging in offensive voice chat, for example, our system upgrade now allows the moderation team to mute that player globally from all in-game voice chat features. Similarly, our system can restrict text chat features for players found to be abusing in-game global chat.

Your rocky engagement metrics may be the result of a haphazard posting schedule instead of a shadowban. Posting often, at least several times per week, should keep your current followers seeing your content in their feeds and keep new followers coming in.

Screen Time is committed to letting kids be kids, and exploring the realm of childhood, outside their screens. Screen Time lets parents remotely monitor the amount of screen time kids spend on their mobile devices. Screen Time lets you set daily time limits, assign tasks to your kids to complete like homework, see which apps your child uses the most, and more. Our favorite feature? Instant pause, allowing parents to instantly pause their child's devices. Screen Time Parental Control App is a winner of the 2019 National Parenting Product Awards.

Bouncie is an app and OBD connected car experience that is designed to stop distracted driving by sending you notifications in real-time when your child is engaging in risky behavior. For example, the app lets you know if your child is exceeding a speed limit that you set, hard-braking, alerts you of their location while driving and when parked, and more.

According to their Cyberbully Prevention page, Bark analyzes all of your children's online activities to help detect cyberbullying, taking into account context and an individual's digital history to determine true threats. They monitor 30+ of the most popular apps and social media platforms. We notify parents and children of both victims and bullies that use Bark and provide action-based recommendations. Often the solution is simple: block the bully online. In some instances, it's serious enough to start documenting the abuse in case you need to take legal action. Impressively, Bark promotes the fact that it has helped prevent 16 school shootings and that it has detected 124,000 severe self-harm situations.

OurPact lets you schedule and set screen time use. This makes it possible to block your child from accessing their device during school hours, homework time, or family dinners. You can also block content and manually grant access to sites you trust remotely. While these features are free, you can upgrade to the premium option. If the number of devices in your family is more than just one, OurPact Premium lets you manage up to 20 smartphones or tablets and customize the web filter and other settings for each one.

Go through your profile grid and analyze all of your videos one by one. If you find some of them that can cause a shadow ban and probably go against the TikTok rules, delete them immediately. Even if you doubt a certain video, delete it too. The TikTok algorithm is not logical sometimes, and its AI detects weird situations in the videos.

TikTok will shadowban your profile if you demonstrate any spamming behavior on the app. Social media platforms hate spammers and the algorithms immediately sanction them. Avoid following or unfollowing a bunch of TikTok users at once.

After 14 days of facing a potential TikTok shadow ban, check your profile analytics and see the situation with your engagement rates. If the engagement or profile growth is still poor and decreasing, try to update your TikTok app or reinstall it.

TikTok shadow ban conditions may change from time to time. The support team will give you the best possible answer and help you with proper instructions about it. Know that you can always make a new TikTok profile and start with your adventure again. However, this time, be aware of the rules and avoid being shadowbanned on TikTok again.

A TikTok shadow ban is a temporary or permanent limitation on your TikTok profile. It comes as a result of inappropriate behavior on the social media platform. Breaking any TikTok rules and its community guidelines will cause a shadow ban and certain limitations on your profile.
