Dessert Table

[Cub Scout Pack 116]

Good Morning Scout Parents,

Here are the times for the March 23, 2018 Fish Fry Dessert Table. 

Start Time is 5:00pm

End Time is 7:30pm

Last year the scouts who participated stayed the entire time and they all stated they had a great time. Each Cub Scout will be assigned a Boy Scout from the Troop and they will be with the scouts for the duration of the event. Parents enjoyed their dinner and some free time!

We are asking for parents to bring baked goods to sell at the event. 

 

Please email us back and let us know if your scout will or will not be attending this event and what items you can bring. 

Your Scout must arrive in their Class A uniform 

This is our pack's most profitable event so your participation in this is highly appreciated.

If you have any other questions please let us know. See everyone at Monday's Pack Meeting!

We can come from 5-6 but unfortunately can not stay the whole time. I am not sure if that is a deal breaker or not. We will also bring a dessert but not sure what we will be bringing.
