Good Afternoon,

Just wanted to everyone all the information for Say Camp. Here are the dates as well as all of the information from the organizers.

June 25-29-2018 Day Camp- $70 per scout.

Your scout will be participating in various activities such as BB Guns, Archery, Sling Shots, STEM, Crafts, Water Play etc.

Good morning,
My name is Mandy Widmer and I am the Cub Scout Day Camp director for Mt rubidoux. For those of you that are new to MTR, welcome! We are so glad to have to join our district. I just wanted to give everyone some important information about the 2018 Cub Day Camp.

Day Camp is June 25-29. We have the pleasure of hosting day camp at the Jurupa Mountain Discovery Center at 7621 Granite Hill Dr, Riverside Ca 92509. Camp is Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 8PM and on Friday is our family day at the Cove water park across the street from the camp. Every scout that registers gets a free ticket to the Cove for Friday. Family members are encouraged to purchase tickets and go with the scouts that day

All children must be accompanied by an adult at the Cove. After the Cove on Friday, we return to Jurupa Mountain at 6PM for awards/patches and a Camp provided dinner. Dinner will only be provided on Friday, the rest of the week is sack lunches.

Day camp is so much fun. This year our theme is Passport to Adventure. With this theme, we will be traveling to different countries in our craft areas, have an amazing STEM activity everyday, we will have a full range with BB guns, Archery and Wrist rockets, a water game play area, rank advancement activities, hiking and much more!

We have a tot lot where younger siblings can hang out during the day as long as parents are volunteering at the camp. Volunteers are greatly appreciated, and full week volunteers are FREE!

We anticipate filling up for Day Camp, as our neighboring districts have already closed their registrations. Registrations are first come first serve. If you have any questions, I would be more than happy to answer them and help you out in any way.

If you have questions please let me know.
Best Regards,
Pack 116
