Adventure Weekend!

Good Afternoon Scout Parents,

There's a great event coming up which I know all the scouts and the adults would enjoy. The weekend of September 28-30 is Adventure weekend. The cost for the event is $25.00 for Scouts and siblings and they have dropped the amount for adults to $9.00! Just an FYI our new Lion Den has signed up to go and they will be camping from Saturday-Sunday!

Adventure is calling. Are you going?

Canoeing. Shooting. Archery. Games. Crafts. Campfire. Climbing. That’s the kind of adventure in store for Scouts of all ages and families, too. 

Adventure Weekend will be held in conjunction with the  San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Rodeo Sept. 28-30 at  Glen Helen Regional Park in Devore. 

Participants, from units to families,  can camp Friday and/or Saturday night. Or just come for the day to enjoy all the activities. All youths who register by Aug. 10 will receive a free commemorative t-shirt.
