There are a couple of ways to help yourself, first read and learn as
much as you can.

Please see www.cidpusa.org for medical info.

For any other questions post here.

Thanks
Ron

Have order the e-book. Was dx with SJogren's in 2002 along with MUGS,
Fibro,and raynaud's
Have been reading all I can find on the web. Already taking most of
the supplements and have a b 12 injection once a week.
Am interested in diet and what are anti-inflammmatory foods.
I was on an anti-inflammatory, ARAVA, prior to surg, plus low dose
prednsione.
This started in late Aug, and by Oct, no reflexes in legs or feet, and
very little from elbows to fingers. Have also had other body changes
and difficult to walk at times.

Thankful I've found this site, where people understand.

Thank you for the e-mails.

Plesae consider taking Honey unfiltered whole. Cosider useing
curcumin, the yellow powder spice one tea spoon twice a day in warm
milk. Found in whole foods and Indian food stores in the spice
section. Water is a anti inflammatory in 8-9 glasses a day, breathing
heavy in the morning helps just as prayer.
