Hi Everyone. I'm a co-founder of Voyager Cider based in Pittsburgh PA and one of the biggest challenges we encountered was navigating Pennsylvania's liquor laws. Being lightly technical, I made a little side project for us to use internally (turning into regular project at this point) called www.regulationchat.com. Its like ChatGPT but all it knows about are the PA Liquor Laws.
We were sick of spending a ton of time reading the liquor laws here or spending a ton of money asking our attorney questions that we knew had to be answered somewhere already. So, if you're a professional brewer/cidermaker in PA give a try and give me some feedback on it. Cheers!
