Hi all
I am thinking of trying out some different packet yeasts and wondered if there was a decent properties comparison table available.
Nothing wrong with the Lalvin EC-1118 I usually use but am curious to experiment a bit.
Thanks

Scott Labs have a quite comprehensive yeast choosing guide which covers all sorts of parameters. I found it via Google.

Here's something I did recently (XLS sheet attached) - having the same question. It's amazing what AI can do for you in a short space of time. Personally, I'd avoid any fast fermentation (I've had a batch go to ethyl acetate) and I was looking for retaining some residual sweetness. These are all yeasts you can buy in the UK.
