I am planning to start pressing over the next few weeks I have available the following:
Stoke Red
Dabinett (some are very flushed inside)
Yarlington Mill
Major
Bramley
Johnagold Red
They are about ready I think.
What do you folks reckon good combinations would be to get a balanced cider?
There are also some Sweet Coppin but they are nowhere near ready.
I have been checking readiness with 3% iodine and am pretty sure things are getting riper!
