There is a horse-drawn cider mill at Fair Oak Farm, Bacton, Herefordshire which still operates, using a horse, once every year. Does anyone know of another?
Chris

P.S: It's a bit short notice but if anyone wants to see it in operation they are milling this weekend and are open for visitors tomorrow (22nd. November). Postcode for the mill is HR2 0AT; milling from 10 a.m.

There is one in a barn in my village!  It hasn't been used for some time and is complete with lead solder filling cracks in the milling stone!  it is complete and probably wouldn't be a massive job to get it operational.

Tim Chichester of Wiscombe Park, East Devon has had a horse-drawn mill for many years, which I last sighted - donkey driven - at the 150th Bath & West Show in 2013
