Interesting to see what you find today. I tried this idea 5 y ago, I’m HK: no cider apples at that time. I came across many non-wanted (bruised) pink lady apples fr chile and NZ. Made some successful batches but. The cider market is VERY different in Asia. You should look into that first and see if it’s the kind you wish to make. Ppl who make (the only cider) in HK do it fr NZ concentrate.
May be travel around and try what’s available? Suggest Vietnam for example, I liked their cider. But cider in Asia is very different.

Thinking to make a start up business in Apple Cider in Southeast Asia and I think China is the nearest country that can supplies apples or apple juice.Are there any in this forum who know any supplier of apple juice from China or neighboring countries.Thanks.
