Hi Andrew,

My least favourite job. I clean down whenever I've got a few days break in pressing. Every switch and isolator off. Grater out and hosed. Solids pushed out by hand and then hosed. I push the hose down the screw - I find it better than using the hose points on the outside. I turn the screw a few times by hand and hose again. Lots of fiddly cracks and crevices. Not an easy job and there's always some pomace I've missed. If there's an easier way, I'd love to know.
