Have you tried a swimming pool maintenance company? In the 80s I bought some super strength (30 odd% from memory) to clean a pool which suffered flood damage. Alternatively agrichemical outlets; It's worth a chat to the Mole Valley's / CountryWise's to see where they get their stock from.
