PU determination in hot filling 100% apple juice

Hello,

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to calculate the PU value for 100% apple juice when hot filling (into bottles)?
The pasteurization temperature is 83 degrees Celsius, we are not filling from the outlet, the filling temperature is 80 degrees Celsius.
The PU value is 500-1000 for this product, if I read it correctly?
