Hi Everyone

Like many this year I have had problems sourcing enough apples, bramleys being especially rare. To make up for the lack of bramleys I have the oportunity to get some Lambrook Pippin (I think that is the spelling ) cider apples. Has anyone any experience using these ? I believe they are a mild sharp but am not sure. Any comments would be welcome.

Happy Pressing

I made 1,000 litres last Year, I drank it as a single variety but found overall it was better blended in with some sweeter apples.
