Yes there are many good cideries.
The problem however, is that many of the most interesting ones are very small, and don't have a facility to have visitors.
So... for the larger ones that have a tasting room: Michel Jodoin, Domaine Cartier-Potelle, Milton, St-Nicolas would be my go-to
Smaller ones that do great ciders: Pommes perdues, Somnambule, Chemin des Sept, Les travaux et les jours, Baie St-Pommes, Clos Chanouk, Terre 50, L'Enraciné
But these, you'd have to check if you can visit, maybe by appointment.
