Hi all,
I’m planning a road trip thru Quebec, mainly along the St Lawrence river to Quebec City and beyond. Looking for cidery recommendations - a quick search shows dozens of cideries, which is amazing!!! - but I’m looking for the cideries that are making THE BEST cider in the province. lol. But seriously, which cider makers can I NOT MISS in Quebec?
Thank you and Santé!

Yes there are many good cideries.
The problem however, is that many of the most interesting ones are very small, and don't have a facility to have visitors.
So... for the larger ones that have a tasting room: Michel Jodoin, Domaine Cartier-Potelle, Milton, St-Nicolas would be my go-to
Smaller ones that do great ciders: Pommes perdues, Somnambule, Chemin des Sept, Les travaux et les jours, Baie St-Pommes, Clos Chanouk, Terre 50, L'Enraciné
But these, you'd have to check if you can visit, maybe by appointment.

While our cidery is not close to Quebec city, if you are willing to explore the Gaspé peninsula, we would be happy to plan a visit at our place.

Have great holiday in Quebec,

Louis
