I have quite a few barrels with missing taps!  I have several spare Youngs taps, but a number of barrels have a larger orifice and take the tap in the picture, but I don't know who the manufacturer is!
Can anybody help?
Cheers
Paul

Andy,
That is exactly what I want.  They are a bit fragile and seem to break easily but they seem to be the only ones that fit some of my barrels! I have several of the Youngs which fit the smaller holes.

Cheers

I seem to recall from the days when I managed a home brew shop near Bristol that the barrels are made by these people...
https://weltonhurst.co.uk/
I used to source cider barrel taps directly from them.

For a number of reasons I haven't been able to make cider for the last 3 years (people dying at the wrong time of year and 2 very poor crops!) I have undertaken an audit of my kit and the scratter works and the petrol engine for my hydraulic ram fired up after 3 pulls (WOW).  Sadly my barrels have not fared as well.  I have 20 or so 5 gallon barrels but a number of the taps have broken!  Some are the Youngs type and are easy to source.  I need about 6 of the Balliihoo style taps but they are out of stock!  Does anyone know of an alternative supplier?

Google and Ebay are of little help, so any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone is need of cider apples on the worcester/warwick border please let me know!

Cheers
Paul
