Blending cider with Ice cider

Is it possible to blend a batch of cider with a small batch of ice cider to bring sweetness to the mixt?

What you need to think about is what is going to stop fermentation starting again when you add something that has sugar in it.

I've done this quite successfully in the past, and have won some awards with these ciders. The flavor is very rich when you blend in ice cider.  I would definitely recommend trying it. As mentioned before, it's a matter of stabilization after you add in a whole lot more sugar into the mix. I was using wild yeasts every time I've done this, so it was fairly easy to rack the cider until it stopped fermenting. I would be very sure that the bulk cider you are blending with is fully fermented, and is perfectly clear and stabilized. You might even want to let it sit for many months, and be sure to rack it off of any sediment before blending, especially if you were using a vigorous yeast strain. It may require more rackings once blended to ensure that it doesn't ferment all of the ice cider to dryness. Good luck!
