Question for UK commercial Cidermakers

With the new system do our 6.5% and 7.5% bottled ciders go under tax code 370?

Tax code 370 is for Spirits at least 3.5% ABV but less than 8.5% ABV and eligible for Small Producer Relief

Note there are two boxes for cider. One for producers eligible for small producer relief and one not.

I suspect your bottled ciders at that ABV would fit into tax code 367: Cider at least 3.5% ABV but less than 8.5% ABV and Sparkling cider at least 3.5% ABV but less than not exceeding 5.5% ABV and eligible for Small Producer Relief
