HTTPS support

Currently all CICSTART requests are HTTP (insecure).  This is a security risk that should be resolved.  The best approach is to make all requests HTTPS, however it may depend on the limitations of some client software, such as IDL.  If your client software does not have the ability to make secure connections, is this a limitation that would stop you from using the services?
