Hotels

Is there going to be one centralized hotel area or is there one hotel
in particular that everyone is going to try and stay at?

We are trying to organize to all stay in one hotel, the Fort
Lauderdale Hilton, then again we need people to get organized and
commit as they require a minimum number of rooms to give us a
preferred rate.

If we cant get everyone involved and active in the whole hotel deal,
we will have 3-4 options of hotels that are relatively close to each
other and send their information to the contacts that have signed up
