So I just got this from Marcel... I'm sure it'll be a mob scene since it's free - but maybe we should check it out for lunch if we're not swamped.

"The City of Los Angeles will declare "Ozomatli Day" tomorrow to celebrate and recognize the 15th year (quinceanera) of the Los Angeles based and internationally acclaimed band, Ozomatli.

The Mayor's Office of Neighborhood and Community Services and Department of Cultural Affairs (DCA) Music L.A. Program are proud coordinators of this youth centered event. Come feel the rhythmic sounds and vibrant sensations as some of the best up and coming talented young musicians across our great City perform their renditions of Ozomatli repertoire and join Ozomatli in a "jam session" out in the City Hall East courtyard at noon tomorrow, Friday, April 13, 2010"

see you cats manana!

ciao,
a.
