Hello Everyone,

I want to formally introduce myself again, My name is Henny Alamillo and I'm the new Volunteer Coordinator for CicLAvia.

We are looking for LOTS of volunteers. Most of the outreach and door-to-door canvassing is underway now Sept. 6th  till Sept 15th. We are notifying residents and business along the route of CicLAvia 10.09.11 and street closures. If you are interested in volunteering for Pre-10.09.11 Cavassing, click on the link to sign-up. The list is constantly being updated with new times and locations so check back soon.

As for the event on 10.09.11 we are looking for volunteers to assist at rest stops, Route Angels (on bikes) helping others with basic bike repairs and assisting at cross traffic making sure pedestrian and cyclist follow traffic lights.
