Volunteer Appreciation at CicLAvia Valentine's Party February 10th

CicLAvia Volunteers -

We haven't been in touch lately - the volunteer opportunities happen mostly leading up to each CicLAvia event. For 2012, we're planning two CicLAvia events: April 15th and October 14th. So, in February, outreach volunteering will heat up for April... and we'll need lots and lots of volunteers on April 15th!!

We do have a party coming up that we're hosting to have some fun and to express our appreciation for our volunteers. On Friday February 10th from 7-10pm we're celebrating a CicLAvia Valentine's at Atwater Crossing, 3245 Casitas Ave, Los Angeles 90039. The first twenty past-CicLAvia-volunteers to show up receive a free drink ticket. (Wear your volunteer t-shirt if you're up for it!) We'll have a table where folks can sign up for shifts to work at the April 15th 2012 CicLAvia event.

Admission is free, though eats, drinks, auction and more fun stuff will cost a few bucks - which will go toward hosting future CicLAvia events. There's a Facebook event to rsvp and share: http://www.facebook.com/events/133274853458814/
