ReduceDimension function

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to use reduceDimension() function with my 10X genomic output but I'm getting good old "Error: vector memory exhausted (limit reached?)" error. Is there any possible way to use less demanding version of that function?

Your best bet here is to switch to Monocle3 and the Monocle3 branch of Cicero - these are designed for large datasets.
