Error at Run Cicero

To whom it may concern, 

I am a Msc Student and currently using your package to analyze ATAC data. I am emailing in relation to an error I am receiving when I am running the screenshot below "Cicero Screenshot". Colleagues of mine have followed the same tutorial on https://cole-trapnell-lab.github.io/cicero-release/docs_m3/#installing-cicero and succeeded. I will say, I am very new to the system and coding in general, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the screenshot of the error I am getting and also a word document of the sessionInfo(). If you require any further information to solve the issue please let me know.

Hi Ciara,

I'm not sure I'll have enough information to help, from what I see in the screenshot the call was made correctly. Are you running the tutorial exactly (with the tutorial data) or are you running this on your own data? What do the cicero_cds and sample_genome inputs look like?
