Parameter consideration to increase connection range

Hello Hannah,

If I want to make cicero detect co-accessible sites with a longer range (say 2 to 5 Mbps, compared with default 250k constraints), which solution sounds reasonable to you?

1. increase the run_cicero "window" size

2. estimate_distance_parameter with larger "distance_constaints" (To 5 Mbs, and increase window as well by 30%), and then use the distance_parameter to generate_cicero_models() and then assemble connections

Hi Yijun,

You'll need to do both. You'll need to increase the window size in order to consider the larger distance pairs at all, and then you'll probably want to modify the distance constraint in line with the window increase. (Somewhere around half of the total window.
