I had a chance to do a little more hacking on Cicada this weekend, and
I've added the ability to run Cicada on its own, without going through
MetaWatch Manager. The connection code is probably not as good as
MWM's at the moment, but it does solve several problems caused by the
recent changes to the watch firmware and MWM APIs.
I also did a quick writeup on Cicada with some screenshots on my blog:
