Unit tests

Hi Joe,

Have you had any experience with unit testing android apps? I'm quite
familiar with gmock, jmockit, junit, testing, etc, but not done any android
unit tests and was lamenting the lack of them earlier during my Tube Status
development.

Yes, it would be nice to have tests for some of the code in Cicada and
its sample plugins. I'll admit that I'm a little rusty on Android
unit testing, so I don't have any preferred frameworks.
