SC 2013 Parent Update

Assalam alaikum wr wb

InshAllah this email reaches you all in the best of health and Iman. 

Alhamdulilah the Seerah Competition Coaching Sessions are well under way and are going really well. 

We would like to remind parents of the following:

- Drop off time is 10:00am and pick up is 1:00pm, promptly please. 

- Pizza and juice is available for sale at $1 each. Kindly make sure you send the right amount of money with your child(ren) to purchase these. Many children have not paid for the last two weeks. Kindly speak to one of the volunteers to settle any outstanding amount you may have. Jzk

The format of the competition for each level is attached to this email and pasted below. Please review these with your child to understand the competition process. Coaches will also be reviewing the competition format with paticipants inshAllah. 

Level 4 : Grading Rubrics have also been attached. Kindly review these. 

Level 2 & 3 : Partners may not be changed. 

The program for the day of the competiiton is being finalized and inshAllah will be shared with you soon. 

An effort such as this, is not possible without your suppport. Please donate generously. There will be a donation box at the information desk this Saturday at coaching inshAllah. 

Please remember all the numerous volunteers in your duas.
