Just read about Neil Araujo's article in today's herald. He is of goan origin, set up his sw company in US which was ultimately acquired by HP. Heard that he is on holiday in Goa. It would be nice if CIBA could arrange a talk by him. Maybe he would provide valuable inputs.

 

Do we have CIBA in this group/ else anyone visting CIBA could speak to them. I can also speak to Mr. Rafael/or some one in CIBA, if you all are ok and willing to come. If we do not have an audience of atleast 15-20 people it would not look good.

Dear Group Members,

This is an excellent idea! I'd be keen to meet Mr. Neil Araujo.

There is another individual called Deelip Menezes. His company too was acquired by a large MNC. I do not know him personally. His company website is http://www.sycode.com/contact.htm There might be some conflict of interest though, as some of us might soon turn out to be his competition!

The recent visit to Digisol had an attendance of under 50%. My guess is that many could not attend due to educational/other commitments in the mornings. So, may I suggest that we have future field visits in the early afternoon(or a time convenient to all)?

Hi all,

 

As Trevour suggested maybe we could have around 4.30-5.00, that may be convenient. But CIBA closes by 5.00, that could be a problem, also its a holiday on saturday. I just called CIBA, Rafaelin in on leave till 29th, Amanda was in a meeting., left a message for her to call back. Shall discuss and let you all know. I hope all of us are on this group. Else lets make a whatsapp or facebook page, Gautam/Trevour could you arrange this?

 

Deelip Menezes is I guess based in Goa, so we could call him some other time. Lets try Neil ASAP, as he may leave Goa after his holiday.

Just to update, Amanda called up yesterday, said she would discuss with her manager and get back. Waiting for her inputs.

 

Can anyone share all the cell nos. I do not have all. Do we have everyone here? I have seen replies from Gautam, Rahul and Trevor only...
