Before troubling anybody, I've been attempting to resolve this on my own, but I'm at a loss. I was gifted a YCC365 Plus camera, specifically one produced by Shenzhen Bilian Electronic, was given to me; at least, that's what my PiHole indicates. When you register using the YCC365 Plus phone app to set up the camera, it appears to only accept email and password registration to ucloudcam.com.
The problem, is a Username and Password are required in Ispyconnect in order to configure the camera. I need to create a username and password for the camera. Where do I do that? For creating the account, as I previously said, I just have the initial Email and Password. Although I tried using my email and password, it doesn't seem to be working.
If there is even a way to accomplish it with this specific make and model, any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been using Ispy for years but with wired local devices, I have no knowledge about IP cameras / Onvif. I've tried researching for a while now but can't seem to find any answers. I just would really like it to be setup with Ispy as the mobile application YCC 365 Plus motion detection simply doesn't work. Regardless of the sensitivity a bug is going to trigger an alert for a "full sized family".

I have followed the instructions and I have created everything: I see the camera, I have created the card with the indicators, but when I put the instruction ptz_camera: it gives me an error. I have been told that since the end of the year it stopped working; Can you tell me if this is the case and if there is any other solution?

@viviang If your camera appears upside down when viewing in the app, this is due to the image rotation. To correct this issue, from the app home screen, click on the hexagon symbol inside your camera thumbnail. In Settings, click on Camera Settings. Next to Image Rotation, click on the green toggle switch to disable. In live view the image will be displayed right side up.
