I recently got back into wow and classic, the only thing I can't handle is the questing. I need some sort of tracker that shows all the quests on the map, and or with a directional assist to them. Is there anaddon that works with WOTLK that does this? I've tried carbonite (clunky not what I was looking for)

Just wanted to pop in and say that we do in fact intend to implement the quest tracking features that were added in patch 3.3 of original Wrath of the Lich King into the Quest Log and Map UI at some point. The interviews linked by the OP were a few months old and our thinking has changed quite a bit on this since then.
The optimal quest guide lists Old School RuneScape quests in an order that allows new Members to progress in a way that minimises the amount of skill training to completion of all the quests. This guide does not take into consideration unlockable content, such as fairy rings or dragon equipment, that provides numerous benefits to the player's game progression. For that, it is recommended that players complete the quests in the notable quest unlocks section as soon as possible.
Completing Achievement Diaries will be beneficial throughout the game; some of the rewards include access to unlimited teleports, noted item drops, antique lamps, shortcuts, and additional Lunar spells. Similarly, some miniquests may provide useful rewards, such as experience lamps, and may be required to complete other quests.
This list does not include suggestions for combat levels. Some boss fights might be hard to do with the stats listed here. Always make sure to train up your combat stats to a level at which you're confident you can kill or survive dangerous parts of the listed quests.

This miniquest will take a very long time to complete on its own. It is recommended to kill monsters in the Forthos Dungeon while on a spiders, zombies, or red dragons Slayer task, to passively obtain the required pages.
Mac users must double click on the file to extract all of it into a new folder named after the mod. Then use 'Finder' to navigate to 'Applications'. Look for the World of Warcraft folder, then the _classic_ folder inside, then 'Interface', then 'AddOns'. Copy your new folder (the one named after the mod) into the 'AddOns' folder. Then the next time you start WoW from scratch your new addons will be active.
