1.84 was a version of PlayStation 3 Edition released on April 15, 2020.[1] This was the final update for the PlayStation 3 Edition. It fixes bugs and removes the ability to transfer worlds to other versions.[edit]

Ok, i have been trying to get mods to work in my minecraft installation for a while now, and yes, i have been reading the rules on what to do before posting. I googled my problem, but it seems to be unique. Also, I am unsure which log exactly i should post here, because not all of the logs you request to see even exist in my folder.

And from that moment on, no matter what i do, no matter what version i switch to, the mod button stays gone. I have to completely uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it fresh with Minecraft Forge to get the button back. But since not a single mod even exists with the latest Version of Minecraft i basically can not mod at all.

yeah. i finally figured out how it works, thank you. i did not know that forge is not backwards compatible to lower versions of minecraft and their respective mods. I thought the only thing i had to do was change the active version in the launcher. now i am running 1.8 with mods (even though i dont find all the mods i wanted) and its working.

The Minecraft for PlayStation Vita site says that it allows you to transfer saved worlds to PlayStation 3 Edition, despite transferring worlds to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 being removed on April 15th, 2020 in 1.84, the final version of PlayStation Vita Edition.
