OGX 宣讲会工作总结：

策划工作：

1.       策划不足，没有在门口贴“海外实习宣讲会”的告示。

2.       工作人员不足，太少人协助派发三折页、签到表、feedback表

3.       LC的人到的太少，要检讨CI与OGX办宣讲会的分工事宜

4.       AIESEC氛围不足，没有带动LC的AIESEC气氛。

 

Presentation：

1.        海外实习的视频可以穿插在PPT中，不然PPT太沉闷。

2.       以后，公益类和经管类实习的介绍可以讲得更简洁，内容点到就好。

3.       Returnees的分享不能太长，会很沉闷。

4.       音量太小，下次尽量在讲台中间讲。

 

Returnees:

1.       Returnees沟通不足，迟到与突发事件需要改善。下次要预先拷PPT.

2.       Returnees的突发教训极深刻，我们以后要有后备人选做分享，以防returnees不能到宣讲会。

 

总结：

1.       returnees一定要提早到，PPT要预先发给负责人

2.       场务一定要提早到，负责发三折页、签到等等。避免场面混乱。

3.       危机处理：准备很多视频，以防演讲者迟到可以播放拖延；要有后备人选做分享

 

小细节：

1.       OGX负责人要带名片发给听众。

2.       Feedback表下方要有报名方式可以让人撕下带走。

3.       AIESEC气氛要带出来。喊“HEY AIESEC”。

4.       不需要太多returnees来讲，2-3个足够了。

5.       一定要好好利用人人网做宣讲会的宣传！人人是宣传最好用的东西。
