We are adding support for transparency as well, including the ability to open and save transparent PNGs! When working with a single layer, you will notice a checkerboard pattern on the canvas indicating the portions of the image that are transparent. Erasing any content from the canvas now truly erases the content instead of painting the area white. When working with multiple layers, if you erase content on one layer, you will reveal the content in layers underneath.
Paint is a simple raster graphics editor that has been included with all versions of Microsoft Windows. The program opens, modifies and saves image files in Windows bitmap (BMP), JPEG, GIF, PNG, and single-page TIFF formats. The program can be in color mode or two-color black-and-white, but there is no grayscale mode. For its simplicity and wide availability, it rapidly became one of the most used Windows applications, introducing many to painting on a computer for the first time.
The version of Paint in Windows 7 and later features a ribbon in its user interface.[10] It also features "artistic" brushes composed of varying shades of gray and some degree of transparency that give a more realistic result. To add to the realism, the oil and watercolor brushes can only paint for a small distance before the user must re-click (this gives the illusion that the paintbrush has run out of paint). In addition, Paint can now undo up to 50 subsequent changes. It also has anti-aliased shapes, which can be resized freely until they are rasterized when another tool is selected. This version supports viewing (but not saving) transparent PNG and ICO file formats and saves files in the .png file format by default.
PLUS, Corel Paint has also been very successful, and let's face it, when you come down to it, THAT's really just ANOTHER high end Photo editor with some extra painting features. PLUS, don't forget the 'editor for dummies' that replaced PhotoPaint V9 in the Essentials package.
The images show it brushed on. It does well with a foam roller, but foam brush seems to work best. Our next step is to air brush. Since it's water based it should work well. We painted on wood, smooth surface is required, 1/8" (3.0mm) plywood birch wood, available at hobby stores.
I haven't had much luck with my Black 3.0. I bought it the first week of January. When I applied it to the inside of my Lightbridge's upper tube assembly it seemed more grey than black. I was applying it with a synthetic 1.5 inch brush and I cleaned the surface before painting with rubbing alcohol. I was wondering if I simply didn't shake it enough so I shook it or close to 10 min when I applied my second layer. When I applied the second layer it came out the same grey with distinctive lighter grey streaks. The flat black spray paint I had used on the tube rings looked more black. The paint was a distinctive black on the cardboard I was using as a paint board. I'm not sure of I was doing something wrong or if the product I got was faulty. I can post pictures later this evening when I get home.
I have repainted the inner mirror box and inner UTA surfaces of my 16" Starmaster with Black 3.0 because it is very much blacker and less reflective than the black that was in place including the flocking material I had installed in the UTA. I have spec'd Black 3.0 application to those same surfaces on the new Teeter Classic scope that is in process for delivery later this year, also because I have found Black 3.0 blacker and less reflective than other materials I have tried. SDM in Australia has delivered similarly treated new Dobs that have proven satisfying to both the maker and owners of those scopes. Friends with large aperture scopes have repainted interior components of their Dobs and report fine results.

and ive looked at that also on the view menu then palettes and all the palettes are ticked and when i press the keyboard shortcuts nothings coming up..
also i have tried to refresh the default palette settings and still nothing happened..
so.. please.. lol. i dont know what else to do.. :/

I am new to Premiere Pro and I am trying to create a character intro freeze frame effect. I want to have a white outline to my character mask and have followed this tutorial - =ox9KCU4MRXo with the Paint Bucket effect on a nested sequence. Other tutorials use Radial Shadow, but i prefer paint bucket as it gives an even outline.
However, the paint bucket effect does not apply to the whole sequence timeline. It seems to display on and off at various points in the sequences. I cant find anything that is causing it and playing around with the tolerances or other settings affect why the effect appears and disappears. I want the white outline on for the whole sequence duration
I have tried adding key frames to the start and end of the effect to change the colour of the outline from white to red. I can see it as white in the effects panel and as I scroll through the clip, see it change gradulally to red. It looks like the effect duration is applied to the whole sequence. The paint bucket outline only appears after a second or so. When it appears, the outline is already a light red. If it was bright white I could understand the effect but a different length but as it has already change colour doesn't it mean that the effect length is the same as the sequence?

Like a lot of other users i really need a tool to fill areas between line drawings. I wanted to switch from AI to Affinity Designer and it generally works great but without an tool like "live paint bucket" its kind of useless for me. I really hope this tool will be added in the near future.
Thanks for the info about VectorStyler. In Inkscape, I made two intersecting open paths, combine them (the one with Ctrl + K hotkey) and try to fill the intersection area using Fill Bounded Area tool (the one with U hotkey), but I get "Area is not bounded. Cannot fill" message. Please see the attached screenshot. Did I use the wrong paint bucket tool?
