Need to clear Database - HELP!

I need to clear the database - on revised import the program created duplicate people all over the place.  How does one do that? There does not seem to be a way for the admin to delete entries, only to add a new one.  HELP!

I know how to delete the database entirely -- but then need to replace with the empty one!  Is there a way to delete all entries but the admin?  Or a way to have an upload overwrite all previous data.
